HYBRID PROJECT 2

Problem: We were given disorganized project artifacts that the previous project team had collected from the prospective client. The artifacts included post-its, notes written on scraps of notebook paper, and unclear requirements.

With this information, I was tasked with choosing an SDLC methodology to use, justify my decision, and provide the following documents:

• SDLC diagram

• Business requirements (organized by my preference)

• Scope breakdown artifact

• Schedule + budget

• Risk management approach- risk register

• Communication management plan
